Get the max month for month
The organizer of the competition is Günther Spelsberg GmbH + Co. KG. Participation is governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions.
Participation in the Spelsberg AK competition "Get the max month for month" is free of charge and voluntary. Only natural persons who are at least 16 years of age and employed in the electrical trade are eligible to participate. No prizes will be awarded to persons under the age of 16. Persons entrusted with the implementation of the competition and their respective relatives are not eligible to participate. Employees and representatives of Günther Spelsberg GmbH + Co. KG are also excluded.
Participation is by entering an individual code as well as your name, company and email address using the form on the competition page. Each code can only be registered once. This means that it is not possible for several people to use the same code to qualify for participation in the competition. If a code is entered multiple times and/or by different people, only the person who submitted the code first will participate.
By submitting the completed form, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
The contest period runs from October 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. to December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
The collection phase for participation codes begins on October 1, 2025. Each new AK 24 or AK 36 small distributor contains a promotional card with an individual code and a QR code that leads directly to the competition page. The code can be entered together with your name, company and email address using the online form on the competition page.
Monthly draws will take place starting in January 2026. Once a code has been correctly registered, it will automatically remain in the draw for all subsequent monthly draws until the competition ends. The earlier a code is registered, the more often it will be entered into the draws.
Important: The number of promotional cards available is limited. Once the quota has been exhausted, no further participation is possible – even if the official competition period is still running. Codes that are obtained or redeemed after the end of the competition period (December 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m.) are no longer eligible for participation – regardless of whether the code comes from a product that is still in its original packaging or not.
The prizes will be determined each month and announced on the contest page at the beginning of the respective month. At the end of the promotion on December 31, 2026, there will be a grand annual raffle with particularly high-value grand prizes. These are exclusively non-cash prizes that are geared toward the needs of electricians and may also include special prizes.
The first participant drawn wins the first prize, the second participant drawn wins the second prize, and so on. If a prize cannot be obtained, an equivalent replacement will be agreed upon in consultation with the winner.
The winners of the monthly draws will be determined at random by employees of Günther Spelsberg GmbH + Co. KG from all codes validly registered up to that point, excluding the public. The determination will take place no later than 1 month after the end of the respective prize month. The winners will then be notified of their prize by email. If no response is received at dialog@spelsberg.de within 14 calendar days, the prize claim shall expire without replacement and the prize shall be raffled again at random.
Payment of the prize in cash, in kind, exchange, or transfer to other persons is not possible. Prize claims are not transferable to third parties. The participant may waive the prize. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining participants. The handover of the prizes will be arranged individually with the participants.
In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, Günther Spelsberg GmbH + Co. KG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition.
Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation, such as by collecting or multiple entries. This is the case, for example, if automatic scripts, hacker tools, Trojans, or viruses are used, or if a participant gains an advantage through other unauthorized means.
In addition, providing false personal information may lead to exclusion. In such cases, prizes may also be revoked and/or reclaimed retrospectively.
Günther Spelsberg GmbH + Co. KG collects and uses participants' personal data exclusively within the scope permitted by law. For details on the type and scope of data processing, please refer to our detailed privacy policy.

If you participate in the AK competition AK competition "Get the max month for month" we will ask for your company name, first and last name, and email address for personal communication, to verify compliance with the conditions of participation, and to determine the winners.
In order to send the prize by post, we also collect address data on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR, which we will only request after the winners have been determined.
Of course, every participant has the right to request information about the data stored about them by Günther Spelsberg GmbH + Co. KG in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. The same applies to the deletion of such data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, as well as the correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR and the blocking of data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR.

Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
These conditions of participation may be changed by Günther Spelsberg GmbH + Co. KG at any time without separate notification. The place of jurisdiction is Schalksmühle. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation.

Günther Spelsberg GmbH + Co. KG reserves the right to change or terminate the AK competition “Get the most out of every month” in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons.
