The materials used by Spelsberg have been subjected to a weathering test in accordance with DIN 53 387 (superseded by DIN EN ISO 4892-2) and a
1000-hour test by the State Testing Office in Dortmund and passed. This material also passed the UV resistance test according to UL 746 C without any restrictions.

In principle, not only the level of protection but also the climatic conditions and the occurrence of chemical influences should be assessed when selecting
the installation site. Details of the material properties and chemical resistance of the materials used can be taken from the table though it should
be noted that they are only guide values.
